Cynthia has been the Water Quality Program Manager for the Pueblo of Sandia since November 2024. She has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from New Mexico State University, a Graduate Certificate in Hydrology, and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from Portland State University. Cynthia is excited to explore new opportunities to expand the Water Quality Program including macroinvertebrate and PFAS sampling. When Cynthia is not behind a desk, she likes to get out and do some fieldwork at Rio Grande and in the Bosque and Sandia foothills within the Pueblo lands.  Cynthia enjoys walking with her dogs, gardening, bird watching, camping, canoeing/kayaking, and taking spontaneous road trips.
